You are very welcome to come and enjoy our house and the great environment.

There are a number of conditions for your stay:

 

You can stay in the house with a maximum of 7 persons. Are you curious about the possibilities to stay with several people? Ask about the possibilities!

 

In our house a maximum of 3 dogs are allowed per stay. More dogs are allowed in consultation. This depends among other things on the size, length of stay etc.

The first dog stays with us for free, every next dog for a rate of € 5, - per day per dog.

 

You can check in from 4 pm and check out is at 10 am. Both at check-in and at check-out, your host will come by for the key and house transfer.

 

For your stay you will pay a deposit of € 200 upon arrival in cash. This deposit will be returned to you in cash at check-out if the house is in good condition.

 

Cleaning costs are € 100 per stay.

 

When you make a reservation via the reservation form, we ask you for a down payment of 50% within a week.

The remaining amount must be received by us 4 weeks before arrival. In the absence of the remaining payment, we reserve the right to cancel or change the reservation.

 

Up to four weeks before arrival you can cancel your stay, you will not receive your deposit back.
